TGS anodes are made from Zinc to protect metal components from erosion. By reacting more quickly than the metal it protects, the zinc anode is slowly consumed, preventing the underlying metal from reacting with the electrolyte.

FLANGES

Flanges are connections used in fluid power systems. Code 61 flanges are referred to as standard. They are used for high pressure between 3000-5000 PSI depending on the size. Code 62 flanges are rated for 6000 psi for all sizes.

BOLTS

TGS high-strength plow bolts are engineered for maximum strength and performance. Our plow bolts are manufactured using high tensile strength alloy steel, black oxide coating for superior corrosion resistance, and heat-treated. All this allows for 170,000 PSI of enhanced tensile strength. Our high-strength plow bolts are ideal for fastening snowplow blades, grader blades, motor grader mold boards and cutting edges on scrapers, loaders, bulldozers, and excavators.

HIGH HEAD
BOLTS

TGS introduces the new high-head bolts. Designed for use in high stress and extreme service environments.
Features of TGS newly designed high-head bolts:
Thicker than the standard bolt head, adding extra wrenching surface. Washer face eliminates corner drag.
Radius under the bolt head increases strength.
UNR radiused root bolt thread increases fatigue resistance by reducing the notch effect of conventional UN threads. The UNR thread radius is maintained into the thread runout at the junction of thread to shank.

KEYS

TGS woodruff keys are offered as semi-circle, square or rectangular, to fit many applications. The purpose of the key is to transfer the torque load from a shaft to the working gear. The key’s main function is as a fail-safe or sacrificial device to ensure that there is no damage to the gears in the event that the gears become jammed; the key will break or shear before damage to the gears occur.
