Loaders are our most varied product. Each equipment manufacturer has its own system and spacing, which means edges are unique for almost every manufacturer and model.

TGS supplies bolt-on loader edges, straight-bucket systems, and bolt-on edge systems.

GRADER CUTTING EDGES

Blades are available in double-bevel curved, double-bevel flat, serrated or non-serrated.

  • Curved blades from 6" and 8" wide.

  • Speciality blades from 10", 13", and 16" wide.

The blades' curved shape results in better material flow on graders and underbody ploughs. Tungsten carbide inserts result in an extremely long wear life, allowing for fewer blade changes and excellent resistance.

BOLT-ON EXCAVATOR CUTTING EDGES

Bolt-on edges are gaining wider acceptance. They are available in a standard straight edge for looser material and a serrated version, which offers increased penetration like a tooth and adapter arrangement while maintaining the smooth floor of a flat edge.

Available in a one-piece or three-piece system, 7/8" through 1-1/2" thick and 13" or 16" wide.

  • Sidebar protectors are mounted to the sides of the bucket. Adapter plates and shroud extensions are available.
