oil coolers

OIL COOLERS

An oil cooler’s primary function is to cool the engine lubricating oil, which in turn lowers the temperature of critical engine components, primarily the engine bearings. When oil exceeds normal operating temperatures, it loses viscosity and lubricating properties. As a result, the oil begins to break down and deteriorate very quickly. Oil coolers extend the engine oil's life and your engine's longevity. They should always be replaced after a catastrophic engine failure or when rebuilding an engine.

TGS metal fans offer the advantage of rigidity and strength. Steel’s rigid nature allows for less deflection of the blades, achieving the desired air volume and flow at any given RPM. Many TGS metal fans feature riveted construction with little or no welded components to increase service life. All metal fans are pre-balanced for less vibration.
