ELECTRICAL STARTING MOTORS

Our starting motors are gauged, sorted, and tested to ensure they meet strict quality standards. We offer 37 MT, 40 MT, 42 MT, and 50 MT series starters, which provide multi-position drive-end housings that can be rotated to match your machine’s solenoid position. The following starting motors use a semi-solid solenoid, which offer more reliable solenoid contacts.

Equipment fuses are designed to protect electrical wiring. They offer protection against overcurrent and short-circuiting, disconnecting the circuit when subjected to a potentially dangerous current level. They are commonly known as automotive fuses. hour digital meters

HOUR METER KIT

The TGS digital hour meters features a digital display that records in hours and tenths. It records up to 100,000 hours and only records in the run position. The round gauges use a standard 2” opening. Some kits include required hardware for ease of installation.

TGS linear actuators feature:
- Die-cast aluminum power heads available in several gear ratios able to handle loads up to 4000 lbs.
- Motor voltages include 12, 24, 36 volt DC or 110 and 220 volt AC.
- Acme and ball screws are available.
- Dynamic load capacity of 3000 lbs.
- Static load capacity 5000 lbs.
- Temperature Range: 90°C, 194°F maximum to 35°C, -30°F minimum.

Automatic, electronic lift kickout and bucket positioners allow the operator to concentrate on positioning the machine rather than the bucket, resulting in higher efficiency for greater productivity. TGS has magnetic switches available for most wheel and track type loaders.

SPEED SENSORS

Accurate speed measurement is required for many engine-driven applications. TGS speed sensors provide an accurate and reliable mean of converting rotational speed into a signal that can be measured by electronic control equipment.

A speed sensor is an AC generator. It is normally installed into the flywheel housing of an internal combustion engine, to ensure the starter ring gear acts upon it to generate a voltage pulse each time a gear tooth passes the end of the sensor.

TERMINAL CONNECTOR KIT DT

Deutsch™ DT are an environmentally-sealed connectors designed specifically for cable to cable applications. Typical applications include on the chassis, in the cab, under the hood, on the engine and the transmission. These connectors provide an excellent connection for signal level circuits in harsh environmental conditions, where even a small degradation in connection may be critical.

The Deutsch™ HD (heavy duty) connector series was developed with the heavy-duty equipment and off highway industry in mind. HD series connectors are a thermoplastic cylindrical coupling that offers arrangements from 3 to 9 cavities for heavy-duty applications.
